Where we ship

We ship to Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.

We do not ship to San Marino and Vatican City as they are considered non-Italian territory and outside the European Community.

Delivery times

The time frame for receiving your product is stated on each product detail page.
It is possible that several packages may be delivered for a single order, as the products are produced and delivered by different suppliers / manufacturers.

The average delivery time is between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the type of product ordered, the stock availability of the supplier and the production status of the artisan manufacturers.

Orders can take anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours to process, depending on the volume of orders we have to process and the days of the week (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In any case, the delivery times indicated in the product detail pages are indicative and may vary during holidays, sales, peak periods and depending on the remoteness of the destination to be reached or the production status of certain handcrafted products, such as ceramic products.
Islands and remote locations (Italy) generally require a few extra days.
Delays in delivery may occur in geographical areas where some suppliers and couriers operate, in which case the parcel may be delayed.
Delivery is made to the entrance of the building, at street level only.

Any delay in delivery of less than 30 days does not entitle you to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or damages of any kind.

Covid-19 What you need to know

The situation regarding the pandemic is constantly changing, so we do not expect any delays or delivery problems due to possible restrictions caused by Covid, in Italy and/or other countries where the parcel originates from.
