Please take the time to carefully read this information regarding the collection and use of data.

Some of the information we collect is shared with third party companies based on the services we have asked them to perform on our behalf.
Examples include companies that provide shipping and order tracking services to ensure that products arrive at their destination, companies that process payments on our behalf, payment service providers to ensure that payments are made securely, etc.

01. What information do we collect and why?

A. Registration information

This is the information we need to create an account for you in our shop and to ensure that you can make a purchase in complete security. This information is used to identify or locate an individual or company that registers with our store.

We collect the information to ensure a secure shopping experience, to provide assistance when needed, to ship the purchased product to the address provided by the customer, and to compile statistics about the use of the store for the purpose of improving our services.
The information is also used by us and third parties we work with to assist you with the purchase and delivery process.

Our store has agreements through the Shopify platform with manufacturers or suppliers of the products in the store via the dropshipping system, which means that the products are not handled and shipped from our warehouses, but are shipped directly from the various suppliers after the order is placed.
Your details, such as your first and last name, destination physical address, telephone number and order details, are sent to our suppliers in order to deliver the purchased product to you within the timeframe indicated in each product description.

Our suppliers are located both in Italy and in the EU, as well as outside the EU, so shipments for an order may be made from multiple locations and shipping information may be shared with multiple companies based on your order.
No other information is sent to our suppliers except for the specific purpose of shipping a purchased product.
